FAQ
Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our racquet-sport lenses are not polarized as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When you need to see the ball clearly to time your swing, a polarized lens will be an impediment. Regardless, all of our lenses are still 100% UVA/B protective.

After buying countless pairs of sunglasses, RIA comes out with the perfect pair for women with smaller faces needing sun protection and the ability to see the ball with contrast to the court. I bought the tortoise shell color and love the look! I would love some additional colors added like blue, white, and pink. All of my tennis friends tried them on and are hooked too! When an issue arose with shipping, RIA were immediately responsive and got the Nova’s to me on time for my tennis match. I was having trouble losing the ball with my polarized glasses. I also found i was still squinting behind my polarized glasses because the sun was still to strong for it. These glasses are amazing in bright day FL sun but also have been incredible during sunset for small sun spot as it shines through the trees. Big fan, worth every penny for me. Bought them for me dad too in a different style.

First I love RIA eyewear. I have the Forte for outdoor pickleball and the Vantage clear for indoor pickleball. I play with more confidence knowing my eyes are protected. I also have a pair of the Response which are nice and light.
The Nova are perfect for me! I love the rounded slightly smaller profile. I bought the mulberry which is a nice color. They are my new everyday, everywhere sunglasses. Colorado sun can be intense and these glasses provide protection, comfort and no glare.
I highly recommend the Nova - my favorite!
